Don’t get overconfident by the frail and clumsy look of the skeleton warriors. They are fueled by dark magic and they are more resilient than you might expect. They lack vital organs to attack, don’t get tired and they don’t remember anything about their past lives neither, when they might feel fear, doubt or pity. You have to destroy them entirely, or they will keep coming.
Furthermore, you must know that their presence is usually a warning of a nearby necromancer or an object crafted with forbidden arts. Finish the necromancer off and you will snatch their halo of vitality. Or destroy the cursed item. But never, ever, take with you an item engraved with a necromantic symbol, as valuable as it might be. You won’t be prepared for the consecuences.
But don’t let us get ahead of the events and enjoy the present with a glimpse of the four skeleton warriors from the Heroquest 25th Anniversary basic box, exactly as we like them: each with a distinct personality.
Yesterday, with the update about the mummies miniatures, we offered you a little sneak-peek of the new frequently asked questions section, that we will soon open on our website. Today we add another one to clarify a really important matter, about which we don’t want you to have the slightest shadow of a doubt:
What happens if, for whatever the reasons, Gamezone is not able to take the project forward?
Even if the Lánzanos terms of use didn’t force us to fulfill our duty to our backers, giving them the rewards they have already paid for, our commitment to you is utterly total. By receiving the money from the crowdfunding campaign we have only two options left on the table: complete the project, or give the money back to the backers in the unpleasant event that we really couldn’t see it done.
And now we bid you farewell until next year, the year when we will make the 25th Heroquest Anniversary possible! Have a great time! We will be back on 2 january 2014.
