Update: We already had the feeling that the transition process from Lánzanos to our online store was not going to be as smooth as we would like it to be (and that’s why we left the rewards and add-ons confirmations to the next stage of the process), but we have to acknowledge that we were not able to foresee some of the setbacks we have suffered.
