At the end of March we are going to send an email to all our backers to start the transition from crowdfunding platform “lánzanos” to our own online shop, where we’ll manage all shipments. Well, if in that moment we asked you to check your account’s information in gamezoneminiatures.com, now it’s time to complete the process by confirming the pledge level you want for Heroquest 25º Aniversary and the add ons in the huge parcel that you’ll receive at home.
You only have to visit the online store with your backer account, click the Heroquest section on your left and add what you want. We have created a customized coupon on the exact amount each backer paid through “Lánzanos” and if you change or add nothing, the only thing you’ll have to pay for will be the shipping costs, calculated according to method of delivery and size you choose.

Am I on time to change my pledge level as backer?
Of course! here you have a comparison with the detailed content of each of the three pledge levels you can find in Heroquest backer edition 25th Anniversary. You can move from level 1 to 3, or 3 to 2 or what you want.
Can I add any more copies of the game?
No problem. Just don’t forget your name, nickname or dedication if you want it in each box.
Do I have to add Bold teenagers if I am qualified to receive them for free?
No, the backers who were given the bold teenagers away, don’t need to add them, they are already included in the game. The only reason to select them is because the promotion expired or you want more than 1 copy for large families.
When is the deadline to fulfill my order?
We haven’t decided a closing date yet, but we suggest you to complete it throughout July, to close this part in August and to be able to focus in other aspects of the production and management of this project.
Any problem with your discount voucher?
If you have any trouble doing the payment related to the bank payment platform, maybe when you check your account to make the new process you find out that the discount voucher is no longer there. Don’t worry, we are aware of this.
When a transaction is not closed we receive an automatic alert and we’ll proceed to reactivate your discount voucher. Is not necessary for you to tell us, the online store system notifies us and we´ll act accordingly. But remember it could take us a few hours, specially if this problem happens while us mere mortals are covering any basic need such as eating or sleeping. 😉
